BSOD Memory Management when playing H1Z1 after new GPU

I have started experiencing BSOD Memory Management playing H1Z1 right after I updated my GPU. I had an old GT 440, so here's my setup right now:
MB: Asus M5A97 R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8350 8core
GPU: Nivida GeForce GTX 750 Ti
HD: WD10EADS-22M2B0 (1TB - 32mb Cache)
Power Supply: 500watts

Event viewer - bug check(gonna translate basic words):
The computer was restarted after an error verification. The error verification was: 0x0000001a (0x000000000000003f, 0x0000000000011aa1, 0x00000000f0958efc, 0x00000000d53ec968). It was saved an error image at: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. ID do relatório: 7060537f-c390-4a32-9507-ad4fe79ab19f.

I manage to play it with 60fps in medium with 100% render quality, but it crashes after a while. If I get the graphics higher it crashes even faster... And the higher the graphics, the game stutters all around in terms of not opening the menus, the map, not doing interactive stuff like reloading weapon, etc.
It's the only game that makes it happen that I've tried.
Any help?
