I've a 750W PSU and am considering a 2nd GTX 1080 for 4k gaming (WoW, FO4, Civ VI, Skyrim SE, mostly). I o'c the CPU and GPU But if it's warranted and beneficial to the upgrade I can curtail that.

Would a PSU upgrade be necessary with this type of upgrade? Would any other type of upgrade(s) be necessary if I did go for a 2nd GPU?

Could I add a 1080 Founders Edition instead? Or could the addition of a lower cost 2nd GPU push me comfortably into 60+ fps 4k gaming.

Thank you kindly.

Sorry, not at home right now, but I know it's a 750W EVGA SuperNOVA (750 B1) model, which is a 80+ BRONZE type. Sorry if that doesn't answer but it's the info that I have right now.

I found the Corsair PSU calculator page;
http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/
Which gives a component-based calculation of PSU needs quite thoroughly.
