PC randomly shutting down, No video output on reboot until GPU is reinstalled in case

My PC randomly shuts down while gaming and reboots as normal however there is no video output until I reseat the gpu in my case. Is my GPU failing or could this be a PSU issue or even a bad PCI slot?

I've come across this exact same problem once before. It turned out that the system was getting very hot due to a lack of power by running too small of a power supply.

This makes sense, I am running a 980ti but my power supply is only 600W which seemed like the bare minimum and has been working fine until now. Guess its time for a new power supply... Thanks.
