New Mother Board replaced my old one. Used to have an AMD mobo and switched to Intel. Finished installing everything and now when I power on it turns off after a few seconds then turns back on a loop. Everything is new except for the PSU, GPU and SATA HDD.

Whats wrong? Help!

First thought is to make certain all of your RAM is firmly seated and locked in place. I had a new PC exhibit this exact same behavior once, turned out I'd forgotten to install the RAM altogether!
