Please help. Is this going to encounter many issues with input lag??? I was also considering using a wired xbox one controller. Which is better???

It'll be perfectly fine, the latency between your input devices and your PC will be the same as normal, there'll just be the added latency of the stream.
Wired is obviously always better, but either is fine.
