PC Build that can run 2017 AAA games on high

Hi, I'm planning on building a PC next year and I was wondering if these parts are all compatible and if they would play most if not all AAA games next year(2017).

For the Cpu, I plan on using the i7 4765t from my Alienware Alpha. I'll put a lower=end cpu back in sometime in the future. The Cpu is not showing up in pcpartpicker so I'm wondering if you guys know if its compatible. -Thanks

The mobo and your cpu are both 1150 sockets it should work ( you can confirm that ) by going to there website and see all cpu the mobo supports and on what bios ver it supports them on

as far as gaming I see no problem with it running AAA on high at 60 fps on 1080p
