I have 2 sticks of Fury X 8 gb 1866. one went bad, ordered a replacement and realized i accidentally got 1600. Difference in speed is 10-11-10 and 10-10-10. Will it matter, as long as I set both sticks to 1600?

Solution
Not exactely, in general having matching latency is actually more important than different bus speeds. As the bus speed can be adjusted without complication but latency may not. If your RAM cant sync up it can create all sorts of errors.
