Already have a 1 TB hard drive on my computer and a ton of stuff on it that I don't want to get rid off but im looking to get a SSD card for gaming:
SanDisk Ultra II 240GB SATA III 2.5-Inch 7mm Height Solid State Drive (SSD) with Read Up To 550MB/s- SDSSDHII-240G-G25
I don't know if I can use both at the same time and also is the installation Plug and play?
I really dont know much about SSDs so if someone could explain to me if it needs to be compatible with certain parts then let me know
Thanks

Solution
Yes, you can use both at the same time. SSD connects the same way other HDD do.
Your OS would be installed on your 1TB hard drive.
To get the maximum benefit, you should install Windows on the new SSD.
