This problem started about a week ago. I could be playing anything and between 5-10 min into it the computer just completely shuts off as if I held down the power button. This puzzled me as I just bought all the components about a month ago, and the computer worked flawlessly until monday, so it's not dust, and the PSU I have way over the required wattage (~450, but PSU is 650) so it's not some limiting thing there. I then ran aida64 stress test for as long as I could and the CPU temps were at about 40C, GPU temps at about 65C and Mobo temps at about 42C. Then the system crashed after 5min of Aida64. The only thing I think it could be is either the motherboard or PSU, but for reasons stated earlier it just doesn't make any sense.

Specs
I5 6500
16Gb ddr4
ASRock Z170m Itx/ac Mobo
GTX 1060 6gb
240gb SSD
1tb HD
Corsair cx650 (the semi modular one)
Corsair h55
Corsair 400c

Most reports solution says something is wrong with the PSU but I was wondering if it could be something to do with my ITX motherboard. I don't want to go spend a bunch of money on a ATX motherboard to try it out if I don't have to

If it is shutting down when under heavy load then it is PSU problem , nomatter that you bought it a month or two ago, it still may be the problem, even dust may be a problem.
