For this config

CP: AMD FX8320E- wanna OC at 4.2-4.4
CPU Cooler: CM Seidon 120 V2.
MB: Gigabyte GA990X with 8pin connector on MB
RAM: Patriot Viper 3 Black Mamba 2x4GB 1866MHz
SSD: Kingston UV400 120GB
GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming RX480 4GB

On the PSU calculator recommended 550W 80+ Gold PSU under a load my sistem will draw 510W

These are the ones that fit to my budget of 50 euros in my country, since I cannot order from Amazon nor Ebay:

CoolerMaster G600 600w 80+ Bronze PSU Used
Fractial Design Integra M 550W 80+ Bronze PSU New
Chieftec A90 gdp-550w Gold rated PSU Used
Evga 600B 80+ Bronze rated New

Solution

It's a decent power supply.

The chieftec 550w gold plus sounds good. Anyway keep in mind that you have no more room to improvement. And even if you choose a 600w b plus you will still be even more tied to non improvements. If its tou only choise purchase it but i would think on a 750w one ...

I just need a stable and reliable one for couple of months till I raise money for the higher quality one, no more than 5, 6 months cuz im inder 18 and I cant get a real job. Is the chieftec good for that and is it able to handle those parts?

Actually Evga B series of that exact wattage is on the tier 3 PSU tier list... almost an avoid this tier...
And since Chieftec is gold certified and its actually not easy to get a gold cert... it looks quite trustable besides the lacking of information...

Also I have found a review a day or two ago on that chieftec unit, the load test was okay, it passed 80+ gold, and also I have watched a load test of that unit 542W under load. That passes the test right?

You have my word it will worth the buy. Its not actually easy to get a Gold Cert on a PSU... It must be very well maded...
It has the same cert than my 1000W EVGA GQ PSU... So it MUST be a good choise.

Sorry, I don't believe in tiers. I believe in units. And just because it's a gold rated unit doesn't mean it's great. More so if it's a used unit that might have lead a hard life before you got it. Here is a silver rated unit that failed the 100% output test. Just because it's rated something doesn't mean it will do that. More so with a so so brand like coolermaster or Chieftec.

I'm sure if you look around you can find other examples of units that are 80+ rated but fail testing. Just because it's gold rated doesn't mean it's a great unit.

well... the EVGA is used and the cieftec is unopened. Also... in the very few reviews i could have found it had a good time at 80 to almost 90% of the usage... So its a big thing... Im not saying its as good as a seasonic but it definitly deserves a chance at my opnion.

No, you have that backwards from the OP.

Chieftec A90 gdp-550w Gold rated PSU Used
Evga 600B 80+ Bronze rated New

Though I saw his later post where he said he forgot to edit that the chieftec was new as well. That makes me feel a bit better about the chieftec, but because of the company I'd like to see a real review before buying. OP, can you link the review of which you spoke of? If it really can output ~550W then it's probably ok. I'm just saying I've seen reviews of the 600B and I know what it is and what it can do. The Chieftec unit is an unknown, which makes me not want to buy it.

I think it was this one:
http://en.gecid.com/power/chieftec_gdp-550c/?s=all

Also a video of the PSU test I watched:
https://youtu.be/zugf-BOhX1s

Is CM G600 any better? It's a well known company but I don't know if that PSU is good, it's tested and it's stable.

I know that, I visit jonny guru from time to time, there are some amazing bronze units and there are some hidious gold units. Example is Raidmax 735W unit Gold rated, fails load tests, weldings are bad and etc. That's why I'm asking if Chieftec is a good brand, reliable one. If I could only find an XFX PRO 550W

Thanks for that review. I found a few things interesting about it. First, it could output the 540W, so that's good. The main cap is a Chinese cap, and while it doesn't say directly I think it's an 85C cap. The secondary has a mix of CapXon and more unknown Chinese caps, but at least these ones are 105C.

The big red flag is that it's not a Gold unit. Max efficiency is only 85.5 at just over 200W. As they note in the review this is really only a Bronze unit.

Of course, we cannot conclude about the entire series CHIEFTEC A-90 on the basis of the results. It is possible that the older models CHIEFTEC GDP-650C and CHIEFTEC GDP-750C will have the "gold" standard for voltage of 230 V. But here a maximum value is "bronze".

Overall I doubt it's a fire hazard. It can do full output, but it's no Gold rated unit. The questionable caps might be an issue as well. As I said above, I know the B unit's from EVGA aren't the greatest either, but they are still semi good. At least with the 600B you get an efficiency of 86% at 500W.

First of all thank you for taking time to read that review, I appreciate your effort to help me. I did knew the Chinese capacitors are an issue, cuz I've seen people turning down psu's because of that. But what do you think about Fractial Design Integra M? I think it's a tier 2 PSU. And is CM G600 any good and stable?

Go to http://www.jonnyguru.com/ and compare the ones you have listed [or others] to the reviews/breakdowns. That site walks each PSU thru stress tests and all sorts of gyrations and even takes 'em apart to see how and what they are made of. You won't go wrong using that site as a guide. I personally like EVGA SuperNova PSUs.

That's why I posted the link to johnnyguru.com they tell it like it is....as stated they do stress tests...then tear the unit down and discuss what it is made of an how it is made, looking at soldering etc and what type winds and capacitors are used and the pcb...the whole gamut. They call it like they see it...if it tests lower they point it out..what I liked about SuperNOVA is they usually rate higher in the stress test than they are listed...usually...not all so therefore the link.
