All 4 sticks of RAM works, but it will only boot with two of them (in slot 3 and 4). Slot 1 and 2 will not work at all

EDIT: not working with 3 sticks installed

Solution
Your motherboard manual pg. 29.

Install a single RAM module into slot #2 and try and boot your system.
If successful, shut down your system, insert the second RAM module into slot #4 and try your system again.
If that's successful, then try installing the remaining RAM modules into the remaining RAM slots.

If nothing here works, then please identify the RAM modules you purchased.
