Game slowing down

I just upgraded my pc and bought FIFA 17, but for some reason after playing the game for less than 2 minutes it starts slowing down.

I have an i5 6600k, gt 1050ti and 8gb ram.

No, the temps are normal around 50. I fixed the problem, because I was using a controller adapter to connect a Play station controller with the PC, which once I disconnected it the game played smooth. Don't know why haha.

Wow... This is... Shocking and kinda interesting...
The only thing it comes to my mind its that it forces the CPU to try to look up for the controller so it ended up focusing on it instead of the application... Anyways... Really a one in a million case. Glad you find a fix.
