The things you see on CSI and NCIS don't exist. You can't generate resolution (pixels) that wasn't there when the image was captured. Somebody may say that by taking the dozens of images of this person and fusing them like an HDR image, you can improve the resolution. That is possible, but not trivial.

I figured the quality would have been better on the video because they claimed it was a 2k resolution camera and system. Is there any settings on the system i should look to adjust. This is a 2k lorex system that they claimed had night vision up to 130 feet and the camera in the video is about 15 feet away from the car. I noticed a blur when he was walking down the driveway and all the movements had a blur, is there settings that i should look at?
