My pc boots up fine buy monitor says no signal

So my pc will boot up fine then itll get to the windows login screen then say no signal. I force shut it down then turned it back on and it worked fine but it does this everyday.

Specs:
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA P23 (FX)
CPU: 3.5 GHz FX-Series Six-Core FX-6300
RAM: 8 GB SDRAM DDR3
Hard Drive: 1 TB SATA III
Graphics Card: GTX 1060
Card Description: dedicated
Graphics Card Ram Size:6GB
PSU: 600w

The problem could be your monitor since you wrote that your PC runs when the monitor goes no signal and you have to force shut it.
Could also be the display port on the mother board. Which motherboard do you have?

Your motherboard has integrated graphics and you also have a video card. You likely accidentally plugged your monitor into the integrated outputs. Common mistake when people buy a motherboard with integrated.

If this is the issue and you don't have the right cable for your video card to connect to your monitor, you can unplug the graphics card and use the integrated graphics on your motherboard until you do so.

i have an hdmi port on my card and thats what my monitor uses
