Which AMD Graphics card should I go for?

I can't decide out of these three video cards, which one would be the best one? For HD gaming, is the extra cost worth it for the rx480?

If you're not very pressed for budget, I would say the rx 480 8gb is definitely worth it. twice the vram, and better performance than the 470.

However, if price is a very big factor, then go for the 470 4gb over the 4gb 480

Think of the 470 as the entry point for full HD ~60fps gaming on all games, even new games. The 480 is more powerful, so there's potential there for 1440p gaming on a lot of games, even ones the 470 might struggle with at 1440p. Also, if you get a high refresh rate monitor at some point, the extra performance of a 480 would come in handy. If you know you will be gaming at 1080p 60hz for the next couple of years then the 470 would be a good price/performance pick.

Go for 8 GB model, back in 2013 when i got my R9-290 with 4GB everybody was going for the GTX 770 with 2 GB ...now even some GTX 780 with 3GB cry ..

for futureproofness sake go with the 8gb 480, its worthed for the long run if you plan to do hd gaming without changing the gpu

If you're not getting an AMD card for a specific reason just go for the best nvidia card you can buy.
