fps drops in all of my games please help

hello guys, i have just recently bought a new video card : nvidia gtx 1050 2 gb gigabyte and a new processor : amd fx 6300
and since i have put these in my pc i am having fps drops from 150 fps to 10 fps
i have checked the degrees of my cpu and gpu and they where good

processor 60 degrees
video card 30 degrees (at 50% fan speed)
i need some help guys cuz i have tried every thing that i could find on the internet.

i havent overclocked anny thing and i have the stock cooling. ( already ordered a new cooler )

1. Download your latest GPU drivers.
2. Download 3d Guru's Drive Sweeper. http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html
3. Properly re-install your GPU drivers.

1. Download Drive Booster 4
2. Update all your drivers

i tryd every thing you said and im still getting these fps drops in game i even defraged my disk i have used multiple virus scanners and such.

could it be that im now using the hdmi in my video card to my screen and not the other one does that causing fps drops in my games is that possible ?

HDMI should not matter in FPS drops. Does this happen in all games or just one in particular?

but i have seem to find something weird my disk is using 100% when im in game i think that is causing me to drop frames but i dont know.

Have you scanned your PC for viruses and malware? If not, I suggest running antivirus and anti malware programs.

yes i have scanned it and i have found viruses and deleted them succesfully but still no change in the fps drops

will it help if i clean out my whole hard drive ?

Something is accessing your HD. I would wait for other people to give some advice. If everything fails, since you had viruses, a good clean install of Windows+antivirus is always a good idea.

u r welcome.

You could go to Task Manager and see what process is taking up your CPU/Disk and go from there.

Do a google search for this: herdProtectScan_Portable.exe
It is a free portable scan progy. Try running that see what it finds.
