Hi. My friend hadn t pay for a while playstation+ subscription but he can still play online but without ps+ features like free games or sales (no hack or something like that involved; region Romania). How is it possible? He does t know either why. I mean I don t care about sales and free games I just want to play online like he does.

It should not be possible, and even if there were a method to achieve this, we would not be able to help you as that would be illegal. There are some games that allow for free online play, and there are often free trial weekends, but generally speaking, you have to pay to play online with a PS4. If your friend got around that somehow, then he got very lucky.
