Please help, i believe i have a good PC and i just upgraded my graphics card, but for some reason im having terrible FPS in all my games. No matter what graphics setting i have (high or low) most games stay anywhere from 45-70 FPS. Here are my Specs.
Processor - AMD A10-5800k APU with Radeon HD graphics 3.80Ghz Quad core
RAM - 16gb
Windows 10 64-bit OS
Power supply - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified
And finally the new graphics card
- MSI Radeon RX 480 8GB
(also i do have the latest drivers)
Like i said i believe i have a good pc but all games have bad fps and i don't know what i can do to fix this. It is making no sense to me. Please help.

Solution
1. Check which slot your monitor is plugged into. I know this sounds stupid, but when I installed my first GPU card I plugged in my monitor into Integrated slot by mistake, because I was so used to it being there.
2. Check what GPU you are using: Computer --> System Properties --> Device Manager --> Displays
3. Download your latest GPU drivers, DO NOT INSTALL THEM.
4. Download 3D Guru's Drive Sweeper: http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html
5. Properly remove all your GPU drivers. (by properly I mean go into safe mode, uninstall, reboot, etc, etc, Read how to properly uninstall on 3d Guru's page)
6. Re-install your new GPU drivers.
