So I finally got a stable overclock at 4.3 ghz with 3.24 voltage. Doing a simply multiplier overclock. Turned turbo off. Left HPC on. Been running the Prime95 stress test for over an hour and everything looks good. My only concern is a temps. My CPU core temps is averaging about 61-62 degrees on stress test. Drops under 35 degrees idle. About 50 while gaming, but some game go even lower than that. So it seems that the stress test causes it to go much higher than anything I do on a daily basis.

Using Evo 212 with one fan. Only 2 fans in case (one exhaust and one intake). More concerning is my motherboard temp. Tmpin0 is averaging 48, 1 is averaging 70 degrees, and 2 is averaging 39 degrees in the stress test. But again, while normal gaming, all MOBO temps stay below 50. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I drop back down to 3.2 GHz?

What motherboard exactly ??
Those board temps are fine if its a decent quality board.
Mentioning hpc Im guessing a gigabyte board.

You do mean 1.324v for voltage don't you ??
Of course that stress test stresses it to the max, there are just few normal programs/games that push CPU that high. It's all within normal parameters but use AMD overdrive for temperature voltage and other measurements. It has stability test and benchmark suitable for AMD systems.

I have a FX-8350 and runs at about 65C under full load. Those temps are nothing to worry about and are actually pretty good.

If you are worried just install a good quality in-take case fan opposite or above the CPU cooler, but I wouldn't be worried !
