Hello sorry if you don't understand me well i am french 
So i have a big problem , recently i bought a brand new monitor from asus and a gtx 1050ti because i was tired of ps4 so i bought watch dogs 2 on pc and it looks horrible. i also have arma 3 and it looks not as terrible as watch dogs 2 but it still look bad . Watch dogs 2 look like a ps2 game on my pc i tried tweaking all the settings in nvidia control panel or geforce experience or the game itself i really don't know what to do anymore i need your help
Also i have seen guys on youtube playing watch dogs 2 with the 1050ti and it looks awesome but not for me
