Question as above. I accidently put too much thermal paste in top and caused some of it to spill in the gap where the CPU socket is exposed. I tried using 99% rubbing alc with q tips, but the q tips were getting caught by the pins so I was afraid of bending of them. Using an intel i5-6600k and GA-170x mobo.
I've gotten the computer to POST and temp is at 30 degrees in BIOS.
