Hi all. So yesterday I got ratted, and I removed its files using Malwarebytes. The thing I'm still concerned about is if I'm still able to use my computer normally or if I have to do a fresh reinstall. Thanks!

You need to test the system with multiple tools. A couple of them being bootable. You can't trust a malware/AV application while it is running inside the OS that might be compromised.
