un formatable pendrive

i am unable to format my pendive i had almost tried every thing it does not format from cmd it says "there is no volume" in cmd it also does not show the size of the pd it slows down my whole computer when i try to open it.

Try some partitioning SW like Active partition manager but if that doesn't help it's probably dead. There are no effective repair methods.

it gives the following error



Starting format disk for P:
P:\ Appears to be Unformatted or No Drive
P:\ Starting to Format Drive
Format Disk: Unable to Finish
Format disk operation failed
