Hello I live in the Philippines and I will be buying a new PC this early January and I will be running a I7 6700 with a Cooler Master Hyper212 with no intention of overclocking.

The reason I ask is because in the Philippines it is usually 34-36 celsius and I will be using the PC for 6-8 Hours of pure Gaming , 3D Rendering and Video Editing and I don't know if my CPU will be able to handle it with it's cooler.

What cooler would you guys recommend?

The i7 6700 will not OC. You'd need a Z170 motherboard and i7 6700k cpu for that. So OC is off the table as an option. That said, at stock clocks, the Hyper212 is way more than necessary for a 6700, normally. However, the Phillipines is a rather warm climate, high ambient temps especially during the summer. So unless the pc is in a climate controlled room that'll keep those ambient temps lower, having overcooling ability of the hyper212 would be a good thing. You'll not drop idle temps, but load temps will show a benefit and should be much lower than with a stock cooler.

Go for it.

For warm climates I usually recommend liquid cooling. It has the single advantage of blowing any and all cpu heat directly out of the case, so keeping...

I used a Cooler master Hyper 212 in my brother's build running an AMD fx 8350 with no OC, and it never gets above 60c even when I lived in Hawaii where it was 26-30c on average everyday with high humidity running 8-10 hours a day, I would say it should be able to cool it just about right especially with no OC.

For warm climates I usually recommend liquid cooling. It has the single advantage of blowing any and all cpu heat directly out of the case, so keeping case temps as low as possible. Air coolers respond directly proportionate to the case air temp, and without excellent case airflow, you get cyclic heat through the cpu heatsink, so higher temps than warranted.

That cooler will do fine even with the higher ambient temps where you are. You may want to spend a little more on a cooler that will be more quiet than the 212, though. I'm not sure what options you have available or what size case you are using. Personally, I can't stand noise from fans or coolers, so I put quiet slightly over cooling. You could get the best of both worlds if you go for a Noctua or a BeQuiet cooler, but both are large and on the higher end of air cooling prices.
