PS4 hdd upgrade

I have the standard 500 gb hard drive in there. I would like a faster one that has the equivalent to about 1 tb. Can anyone provide me with a link to one on amazon?

The reason I'm asking this is because I have never done a repair or upgrade on a console before and want to make sure everything is compatible. Thanks for your help in advance!!

2.5 inch drive if you wish to spend a lot more you could even get a SSD for it.

Well, I just received my drive today and now realized it doesn't fit. Its slightly bigger than the ps4 allows... I should have done more research... do yourself a favor and don't buy the Seagate constellation.

That drive should fit it's a standard 2.5 inch drive.

It's the right leangth but it's width isn't small enough. Should have read on the amazon page that it's made for servers.

The ps4 can only use 2.5" dives that are 9.5mm in height or less. I just got this drive for my son's PS4 recently and helped him install it. I know you asked for a 1TB drive and this one is 2TB, but it was a good price.
