Solution
your C drive is the first hdd showing in explorer.
right click, select properties, to the right there is the button to clean it.

those are not really connected.
does windows show you have 8gb ram?
shutdown rig, remove all ram modules and re-seat.

got to C properties and use disc clean, check all boxes in dialog, clean, reboot.

set pagefile manually to 1024-12000 MB, if not done already. reboot.

dl the ccleaner and superantispyware.

reboot and use ccleaner to clean win, use the included reg cleaner after that. reboot.
update SAS and run full scan. all cookie related finds can be deleted, all other entries make sure its nothing you need.
clean and reboot.

that wasnt meant in a mean way. just saw i forgot the smiley..

do all the things i listed.
its a start to make sure those are not causing it.
after that we can limit it a little more to software your running (very small chance its hardware caused).

if its a warning for disc space, the c-cleaning should help (turning off system restore, reboot, turn on again might help free up more space), if its low mem space (ram) it might be caused by software running (wanted or "unwanted").
