Hello everyone, first time writing and i hope i can get your help. Around the month of July i finished my computer:
i5 4690k
EVGA GTX 970
8 RAM
1 TB HDD
etc...

The thing is, the night of the 24 of December, my computer started slowing down, little by little until it froze. Of course i force restarted and the BIOS told me it was overheating, so i wait until 25 in the morning, Merry christmas, so i turned it on and almost instantly it was above 90 degrees so i forced a shut down for no further problems. I checked for dirt and it was all clean since mid November, all the rest works nomally, so a friend of mine told me to turn it on again, so i did and in task manager it says de CPU usage is below 10%, after that i try a random game, DAYZ, 2 minutes later my computer shutted down for excessive heating.

HOW IS THE USAGE BELOW 10 BUT THE HEATING IS OVER 80 OR 90?

It is a pretty standard thing, it's the intel fan, the one that comes included with the processor. I only have the cpu fan, and one in the bottom of the case, both pretty secured. I cant provide photos because of phone issues too.
