New CPU underperforming?

Hi, I recently swapped out my old g2030 for an i5 3570 and I'm noticing a considerable drop in performance.
Any help would be great , thank you

i ended up disassembling everything, cleaned it up and applied new thermal paste.
It runs perfectly now, thanks anyway
