CPU cooler size limitation

How do I know if my CPU cooler will fit in my case? I an only wondering because I am looking at an extremely small case (Silverstone ML05), and just a stock i5-6500 cooler. Mobo is Gigabyte h110 micro atx, RAM is Avexir Core series.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks a bunch

Your case is usually the deciding factor. The cooler can have a maximum height of 70mm according to the SilverStone site, the Intel stock cooler is 60mm in height.
