Need help taking out GPU

So I bought a new GPU and need to take out the old one. But the GPU is stuck to some other doohickey (I'm assuming the PCIe?) and it's preventing the card from lifting up. I've unscrewed everything on the card that I can reach, and the few wires that are still attached aren't holding the card down.

That USB3 cable is blocking your access to the latch at the back of the PCIe slot.
It should be something like this:

But check your motherboard user's manual for the specifics of your motherboard.

As KaneWolf said theres a little latch at the end of the bus, that you have to pull back for the card to be released

Ah thanks guys i found the latch, sort of. It was way inside the computer out of view, had to take the whole thing apart just to get it lol
