So i want to install the asus gtx 1070 rog strix oc 8gb and i wasnt sure if my stuff could handle it so here it is and i hope you can help.
Case/cabinet: Komplett 200R Midi Tower Sort.
motherboard: ASUS B85M-G, Socket-1150
power supply: Cooler Master B500 VER.2, 500W PSU
ram: 8gb
i7: i7 4790

Solution
Your system will handle the 1070 just fine, although the 4790 isnt the newest cpu out there it is still no slouch. Case will fit the card as well.

You should have no issues with bottlenecks with that chip. Upgrading to 16GB of ram should be your next upgrade unless you are planning on upgrading the base platform any time soon.

Ok, one other thing is that my cores are running very hot atm, like all the 4 cores go up to 80-90, should i then buy a watercooler? or what should i do? I changed the thermal paste 1week ago

assuming that the cooler is seated properly and the thermal paste is applied correctly than the only thing you could do to bring the temps down is get a better cooler. The Hyper 212 would be a good inexpensive cooler if you are worried about the temps.

I usually wouldn't recommend an expensive cooler unless your overclocking which you cant with that chip anyways. But if you have the money and want to go for it than it will be a great cooler.
