Razer Mamba Wont Work

I just got a razer mamba today for christmas. It was working fine for the first 10 minutes i had it then it just stopped working. Every time i turn it off and on it works for a few seconds then just dies out. Ive already installed razer synapse and its says the mouse is connected but it doesn't work. Even if i put the wire from the charging dock onto the mouse it still doesn't work. Ive tried so many things but it still doesn't work.

Couple of things to consider FrostyThyeSnowman

Is the mouse fully charged. Whilst on the charging dock the mouse leds will indicate the level of charge.
3 red indicate low and you should see it delivering a charge. When fully charged all 3 leds will be green.
If this is not the case then carefully remove the Battery and re-seat.

There is a pairing function button on the dock. press this and it should blink. whilst blinking press the little button opposite the on/off switch on the mouse to pair them.

Have you updated the driver.?

If none of these things work then submit a ticket with Razer support and explain your situation.
