Battlefield 1 gives me a blue tint for a second every once and a while plus red circles pop up for a second once and a while too, battlefield 1 is the only game that it does this on, I have a 980ti hybrid with 120 on the core and 150 on the memory, any ideas?

Solution
Turn off V-sync if that is enabled.
You can also try to disable Origin in-Game-Overlay (same goes for Steam in-games overlay) that is not necessary for playing, but is known for somewhat GPU and CPU demanding tasks.

With DirectX 12 enabled AMD has some recommended settings http://radeon.com/en-us/battlefield-1-recommended-visual-settings/
In AMD Radeon Relive settings: on he menu > Relive off
Only turned it on when you want to record video or streaming and take snaphots from the game.
Which btw. works incredible well.

An important note for any streamers: you cannot run OBS with DX12 on.
