So I got a new SSD, and I backed up and wiped my hard drive, and now I can't boot Windows 10 off of a flash drive, or Windows 7 off a disk. I have an ASRock extreme3 motherboard and there is a little B4 in the bottom right corner of my screen. Someone help!

OK, so you installed the new SSD.

Then what did you do, exactly? Step by step, please.

@USAFRet. First I backed up my hard drive, then I wiped it. After that, I tried to install Windows 10 via USB. That didn't work, so I tried to install Windows 7 via CD. I used a USB disk drive. That didn't work either.

How did you create the Win 10 USB?

And when you install on the SSD, have only the SSD connected. Disconnect all other drives.

Downloaded from Microsofts website.
And then? How did you actually create the USB?

Additionally, you have to verify in the BIOS boot order that the USB is in there to boot from.
