Hi I was recently looking for a replacement for my Pentium G3250 as I've noticed its been bottlenecking my GTX 1050 SC that I got a week ago.
I was wondering what CPU I should get as I wanted to have a good enough CPU to play around medium-high settings, I was thinking of getting either an i3-4160 or an i5-4460 but the reviews have been insane and I cant make up my mind as I don't know how they'll perform on these games.

Overwatch
Grand Theft Auto V
These are the games that I've noticed the bottlenecking in, usually with GTA V as it will stutter and have the CPU at max usage in task manager, as well as in Overwatch as I bump up the video quality each set it will drop a little frames at times.
I just want to be able to play them at playable FPS I'm not too worried for quality.
Arma 3 Multiplayer- 20-30 FPS (at every setting)
Overwatch- 35-55 FPS (at every setting)
GTA V- 25-55 FPS (medium settings)(55 FPS in cutscenes)

Pentium G3250
GTX 1050 SC
8 GB DDR3 RAM
1TB HDD, 250GB HDD
300W PSU(Will upgrade with purchase of new processor)
Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
