I have restarted my router, flushed dns, connected to a closer server, restarted my pc, and made sure all other devices in the house were off and tried downloaded on another pc. What the christ do i do

Since multiple computers are having the same problem, you can eliminate the host. That leaves WIFI, router, modem, ISP to be the problem. Change to a wired connection to your router to eliminate WIFI. Connect direct to your modem to eliminate router. You will have to determine WHERE the problem happens.
