Just installed a new Power supply and finally got an SSD. I've had them both for about two weeks. A couple of days ago the USB ports started failing for just my headset and wireless adapter, the keyboard and mouse always worked. After trying multiple ways to fix it (reinstalling the drivers, making sure the power isn't being cut to it in device manager, making sure all the wires from the power supply are properly connected and not loose)

None of that worked and so I just switched around the keyboard and mouse USB with those two. That solved it seemed like but now whenever I plugin in my portable usb 3.0 flash drive and/or my samsung s7 to copy files or put something on the phone the computer reboots within 1-5 minutes.

When it first happened I noticed that my setting in utorrent and steam(most likely other programs since it just happened recently) are reset to factory setting.

Checked the BIOS to make sure there wasnt a USB setting or something and when I plugged those both back in my keyboard and mouse died.

I've triple checked all the wires, drivers, ran malware bytes and windows defender, nothing solves these problems that just keep appearing one after the other. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Not the most reliable units ever built, but should be ok, but no guarantees. Its 2 weeks old. RMA it. Might be you could get a trade for a more reliable unit, or might be just that units issue. It might not be the issue at all, but there's too many similarities to psu related issues to ignore. The only other item that could possibly be an issue is the motherboard itself is dying since its also USB port issues
