I just got a new laptop and went to transfer all my files from my external harddive to my laptop however the external hardrive does not display. When connected to my desktop computer it works flawlessly. When plugged into the laptop it spins up and shows up in device manager (Shows up as toshiba External USB 3.0 Device). I've reinstalled the drivers and have unplugged and plugged in the hardrive multiple times and in multiple ports however it still does not apear in the file explorer. Both computers are running windows 10 (64 bit). (Update)Also just tested another external hardrive and it does not appear aswell.
