Dedicated CPU or GPU to Virtual Machines

I want to assemble/buy a PC with Linux OS using VirtualBox (or others) software to run other OS.
I would like to dedicate a CPU or GPU to a virtual machine in order to get optimized performances.

Can anyone give me any suggestion about?

Windows Hyper V Virtualisation cannot use a GPU, only iGPU. Even with the other virtualisation softwares the GPU has limits to what it can do, so don't get anything high end as it won't be used much.
