Hey, so I assembled new PC recently - specs:
-i5 6600
-8GB 2133Mhz RAM
-R9 270X GPU (from old comp, buying GTX 1080 soon)
-MSI B150M BAZOOKA mobo
-CX600 Corsair PSU

I was gaming without any problems for like one month then suddenly I got gray screen of death one day with vertical stripes on lcd. I found out it could be GPU driver problem so I deleted the old one and installed new ones. Everything worked for 2/3 days when suddenly, while I was playing Far Cry 4, I got black screen of death with last sound caught in loop and pc becoming unresponsive. Immideately after that I huit reset button and everything worked fine.

Now, my concernes are both GPU and PSU, could it be that one of them is failing?

I did paperclip test on PSU with only fan spinning and it showed voltages like this:
-YELLOW +11.8v but when I retested it while my PC was on (booted in windows etc.) it showed +12.05v
-RED +5.3v but with PC on it was +5.1v
-ORANGE +3.3v - now I can't measure it when comp is on since no orange wire is free so I can perform test
-BLUE -16.7v (on paperclip test) while I know it should be arround -12v / obviously I couln't have measured this either while PC was on

So, my question is, do you think there is any problem with my PSU or should I put the blames on my GPU instead?

Solution
Paper clip test is not reliable at all.
Needs to be checked under full load. Test voltages under full load at 24 pin and 6+2 PCIe as it may have different rails.
Still. best test would be with known goo PSU.
