Hi, I'm looking to buy an i5 4690k, with a Gigabyte Z97P-D3 motherboard.

Will this motherboard and CPU work with:
Corsair 500w PSU.
8gb of Corsair Ram
and ASUS GTX750TI GPU.

Concerned if my PSU will be able to handle this all, I have no intentions to overclock at the moment.

I'm open to any suggestions on similar priced CPU's that may work better. Mainly want to use for gaming, most demanding game i'll play being ArmA 3.

Solution
The CPU Motherboard and GPU take about 218W to run so everything else should not take the rest of the power up. Is the Corsair 500W PSU a 80% efficiency (Bronze)+? if so then yeah it will run it no problem.

Side Note I'd recommend a i5-6600k and a 1151 socket motherboard instead of what you listed as it has a better upgrade path to an i7-6700k+ And the i5-6600k is less than a i5-4690k according to PCpartpicker, and at the same performance. so Overall this would be a better choice. Unless you already have the parts then go for it, It should all hold up just fine.

Yes! Fortunately the PSU is the "80% Efficiency" thing. Looking at the i5 6600k it should be more value for money, and maybe even a good chance to upgrade to DDR4 RAM. Thankyou very much for your detailed response.

No problem, Good luck with the build :)

Quick edit, the 750TI is a bit outdated but still a pretty decent card overall, if you are playing in 1080p don't expect the best frames, I'd recommend an upgrade to a RX 470 (NVM not 470 as it takes way to much power) go with a 1050TI as they are pretty cheap and both pretty powerful for it's price. (if you got the extra cash that is)
