In my gaming PC I'm building, when I have my graphics card(GTX 1060 3gb) in, nothing shows up but when it's not plugged in, it comes up with a boot error. How can I get it to show the BIOS screen? **HAVE NOT installed any drivers or operating system**

Solution
sometimes there is a boot selection screen option (in my motherboard its F12) yours maybe different, and select your main hdd where your os is located

maybe your boot priorities got mixed up

most simple thing to do is to unplug any storage device you dont need and let it boot by itself

if you dont have an os, borrow someones windows dvd or flash drive and on that boot menu, select it, the rest is self explanatory

"reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key".
Intel core Skylake 6500/3.2 GHz
MSI H170 gaming m3 mobo
Corsair vs450
I have not used any disks whatsoever, could that have anything to do with it?

If you dont have any disk to boot. Why on earth you think your PC will actually boot?
Put an HDD or SSD or whatever storage you wanna use, Install an OS and then... Its done. There aint nothing wrong with your card lol.
