Hi. Will Phenom II X4 955 (not BE) bottleneck with 1050ti ? If bottleneck, what is the best GPU for x4 955 ? Thank you

In CPU dependent games yeah the 1050 Ti won't be working too hard because the Phenom II is too slow. Still, there are plenty of games out there that are mostly GPU dependent. I'd probably go ahead and get the 1050 Ti if it's not over your budget, otherwise the 1050 is the next best thing. A 4gb 460 might not be a bad idea if you can get one in the same price range as a regular 1050. It's slower but might have more of a future.
