New mother board not working with my old gpu

I recently bought a new msi gaming motherboard for my pc which I built around half a year ago and before everything works fine but after installing my new motherboard my pc kept starting up and then turning off every 2-3 seconds and does this in a cycle. So I took the gpu out and it works normally so I'm not sure is its my gpu which worked perfectly before or my new motherboard.

Everything is working now thanks. turns out something to do with the ram wasn't working with my motherboard and after removing the ram and inserting it 1 by 1 everything worked fine.
