I want to know if I can use a ASUS GTX 1060 6GB Strix with an Intel H61 Chipset.

So I started a Gaming PC build and I carried my components from my ASUS mATX case to my new full tower case and I've had enough with the Intel HD 4000 so the GTX 1060 is now the next thing on my list.

My current specs:
MOBO: Intel H61 Chipset. (It's got an ASUS BIOS so It has to be made by ASUS or something.)
CPU: Intel i7 3770s @ 3.1 GHz.
RAM: 12 GB DDR3
GPU (Integrated): Intel HD 4000

The motherboard I'm buying next is an ASUS Sabertooth S.

It would appear from Intel's website that the H61 chipset supports PCI-E v2.0 at up to x 4....so you should be ok.

And to set your mind at rest concerning PCI-E bandwidth (given your motherboard PCI-E slot is gen 2.0 x 4)

You should look on your motherboard and get the exact name printed on there...then check on the relevant website for the specs to confirm exactly what the slot runs at.

Will do. In the mean time I've located the motherboard's full name: ASUS P8H61-M.
