When i turn on my pc, (idle), my cpu is running at 55c averagely. If i have one or 2 tabs open its around 60 or 65. I know this is going to be expected because i only have 1 case fan. I was going to get the
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO but then i looked at what sockets it supports, and there was no FM2+. (My CPU socket). I am getting 2 extra case fans tomorrow so thats all fine, but im just not sure about the cpu cooler. Oh also, should i just take the stock amd one off and put on the aftermarket one (not changing the thermal paste) or should i completely wipe off the stock thermal paste and put some new thermal paste, then put on the aftermarket cooler (keeping in mind that the thermal paste is only 2 days old). Thanks to whoever can help.

Solution
The very fact you are still using the Amd stock cpu cooler provided with the FM chip is the main reason to the High cpu temps.

They were only designed to just keep the FM2 cpu`s withing there maximum thermal envelope.
An after market cpu cooler should drop the temps of the FM cpu by about 20c if you bought a bigger one with larger fans on it FlamingBlankie.

If your putting a new aftermarket cooler on the FM2 cpu then you are best cleaning what is left off it of the cpu heat spreading plate of the FM2 cpu.

Leave it in the cpu socket with the cpu retention arm of the socket locked down.

Most after market cpu coolers come with a pre applied thermal compound on the base of the cooler.
But if you have better quality thermal cpu paste...

But if you have better quality thermal cpu paste you can use that as it tends to lower the end cpu temp in C by two or three c also when used.

If so clean the base of the cpu cooler also free of the pre applied tim.

Read up on how to apply the TIM if you have never done so, to much it has a negative effect on cooling the cpu.
Two thin and it does not fill the tiny ruts made in the base of aftermarket cpu cooling contact plates to the cpu it`s self.

Due to how they are machined, called milling where were talking about micro dips and ridges in not being filled to get the maximum surface contact between the cpu cooler and the cpu heat spreading plate on the cpu it`s self.
