After 2 agonizing days of building my PC I finally get it together and then turn it on and all the LEDs and fans work and there's a low noise that's on when I turn it on, it might just be any noise a computer makes but then it shuts off after 4 seconds. Another 4 seconds go by and it turns back on, only to repeat the cycle. What am I doing wrong?

GPU: XFX RX 480 8GB edition
RAM: Ballistix 8GB x 1
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H170M-ds3h4
Power supply: EVGA 750W Modular power supply (gold)
