My BioStar G41 DVI supports a maximum of 8GB of memory. I currently have 3GB installed; one 2GB PC2-8500 by GSkill and a 1GB PCU-6400U by Samsung. I have a pair of 4GB 2Rx4 PC2-5300-F sticks from Hynix, but they don't fit; the female cutout on the memory is a few pins off from where the RAM slot has its male cutout. Why is this?
I am having a difficult time finding an 8GB memory set to fit this mobo. Does one exist?
