I'm having trouble fitting everything you need into your budget... Could you possibly pay $400 CAD and then get a $25 CAD mail in rebate? Would that work for you?

I do have a bit of advice for you. Your current PSU will do fine for now, but it may cause problems as it ages. Here's the Tom's Hardware PSU Tier List. It will act as a guide in PSU selection, but I still recommend asking the community for assistance before going out and buying a new unit as some of the more premium ones can get really expensive.

I recommend upgrading to a higher quality unit within a year or so. In terms of wattage, 600w is plenty for a single CPU and GPU so no need to get a higher wattage unit... Just make sure you get a high quality unit. Read reviews before buying. Some users will base their recommendations entirely on the PSU Tier List, which doesn't actually tell you much about the individual units.

For example, the Cooler Master V series is listed as Tier 1 but the Corsair RM series is listed as Tier 2. The V series is superior in most scenarios, but struggles when put in a case that puts the PSU at the top and uses it as an exhaust fan. In this case, the Corsair unit would do better. Good luck finding specific information like that in the list.
