I got a new cpu, mother board and ram, which are the i5-4690k, Asrock Z97 Killer Fatality and 4x4 mushkin blackline. So after i had played a few games to be amazed at how much more fps i would i get. I realized that my fps was worse. For any game it was about 40-30 fps.
Then I realized in the bottom right that my computer was telling me to activate my windows.

And now i am trying to install the Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and i am getting this error. This computer does not meet the minimum requirement for this software.
And i don't know what do there is a lot of detail i left out because the story is so long. If anyone could get on skype with me and help i would really appreciate.
I don't know what to do and i feel like this has all been just a waste of money.
